How it works

A press campaign, from release to replies.

Here is how a campaign runs in PRisme, with a fictional example: a beauty brand launching a serum.

1Brief

Drop in your press release.

PRisme reads your PDF and turns it into a brief: the news in one sentence, the facts, the quote, the spokesperson. You correct it: every email will be written from it, with nothing added.

2Recipients

Choose who gets it.

Add a list, PRisme's suggestions for your brief, or a specific journalist. For each one, PRisme shows whether they will get the email, whether the address is only probable, and what to know.

3Messages

Review every email.

PRisme writes the base email, then a hook for each journalist from their recent articles, their outlet's upcoming features or their role. You approve, edit or ask for another hook, one email after another.

4Sending

Send from your own mailbox.

Emails go out from your address, one at a time, with no group copy, now or at the time you choose. No open tracking. Just before each email leaves, PRisme checks that no journalist has unsubscribed or objected.

5Follow-up

Follow the replies.

Replies land in your inbox, as usual. In PRisme, the Follow-up tab gathers the replies to handle, the follow-ups due and your reminders, across all campaigns.
